"Work on your weakness" 8pm, 14/04/15


A coach led discussion evening. We will have groups working on any problems on swim, bike, run, stretching and strengthening.

Those of you coming to the "work on your weakness" evening on Tuesday 14th April 8pm at Westwood hotel. If you are looking to improve your running, please bring along short video of yourself running, from side, so we can look at some of them and trouble shoot any issues. Time permitting.

All welcome.

There are no silly questions.
