I'm away today but the track session will be:
4 lap easy warm up 5x800m 4 lap easy warm down
The usual groups will be going off 3:30, 4:15 and 5mins starts. There'll be a clock there instead of me showing the current time along with a start time board.
The emphasis is on steady pacing and relaxed upper body.
Back to normal next week, have fun! John
