am heading to craughwell for 10m run on sun, if anyone needs a lift,please let me know at 6.30pm on the prom

a run will also start at the Huntsman this thursday at 6pm for those who can't make the prom and may suit those who want a longer run. approx 13 miles for full loop. shorter run can be 6/7 miles
