Fairplay to the organisers of the video analysis session in the Kingfisher on Saturday.
It might be worth while comparing your video footage with that of Mr. Smooth, from the Australian company Swim Smooth. It’s a free download of a computer generated guy swimming freestyle in an endless pool which can be viewed from different angles and stroke rates. I have it on my desk-top and often give it a cheeky look before I hit the pool.

Indeed Ruaidrhi, My thanks to Garret M and to Andrew Lally for organising this for us. Thanks to everyone for your patience as well as it took some time to get to everyones analysis, but I think it was worth the time to have the expert run his eye over the video. We will think of a better way of doing this in future
What did I learn? .... Mr smooth I am not!
