2010 Galway Triathlon Club membership now open.

2009 was a great year for the club and it is great to see it continuing to grow. Memberships have exceeded all our expectations finishing the year with over 100 members.

So, now it’s time for all 2009 members to renew their memberships for the coming year, and for any interested new members to take the plunge and give the exciting sport of Triathlon a lash in 2010.

2010 application forms for Galway Triathlon Club can be accessed by clicking on the “Join the Club” page on the left hand menu of the GTC web page.

Galway Triathlon Club membership is €35. It’s excellent value and ensures you can participate in all club training & social events, have access to our club coach’s, and be part of a very exciting club.

Please Note: You have to also sign up as either a full member or associate member of Triathlon Ireland to become a member of the Galway Triathlon Club.

Full Triathlon Ireland membership costs €50, which would ensure you have insurance cover for all club organised training events, and any races throughout the country you may enter during 2010.
Associate Triathlon Ireland membership costs only €5, but you would only have insurance cover for training with the club, without full Triathlon Ireland membership you would have to pay a one day insurance license fee of €15 per event you wish to participate in. Best value if you only want to compete in one or two events.
